Our mission

Ourspace Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving as a catalyst for healthy communities in the Capital Region of Michigan. We advance community health and regional vitality through education-driven initiatives across three core pillars: culture, health and wellness, and business.

By expanding access to cultural learning, health and wellness education, and economic opportunity, Ourspace Foundation improves quality of life for individuals and families while supporting a more resilient local economy.

Revenue Generated for Small Businesses

2025 Impact

In 2025, Ourspace Foundation set new records in attendance and economic impact, delivering more than 30 culture and wellness-driven events that generated meaningful revenue for local and regional small businesses, artists, and vendors while activating communities across Lansing and beyond. Building on this momentum, 2026 will be even bigger with expanded programming, larger activations, deeper partnerships, and an even greater impact on culture, tourism, and inclusive economic growth.
